At Amal Mosaic Art, the process of creating a commissioned mosaic involves several steps to ensure that the final piece meets the client’s vision and expectations. We encourage you to contact us to discuss the size and design that would best suit your needs. Whether you have a specific pattern in mind or need assistance in choosing a design, we are here to guide you through the process and bring your vision to life.

STEP 1 – The client gets a free consultation to discuss the design, color theme and size of the mosaic.
STEP 2 – If the client decides to proceed, we will begin by creating sketches or digital mock-ups of the proposed mosaic design.
STEP 3 – After the design has been approved by the client, the final price will be agreed upon and a 50% payment will be needed to begin working on the mosaic.
STEP 4 – Updates and pictures of each step will be communicated with the client as we proceed with the work. Any significant changes to the design that were not previously agreed upon will be at an extra cost.
STEP 5 – Once the mosaic is complete, we will communicate with the client where and when it is to be delivered. Delivery cost and installation of the mosaic is not included in the price.
STEP 6 – The remaining 50% will be paid by the client upon delivery.
